1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by KaliShala, including live yoga classes via Google Meet and access to a video library of pre-recorded yoga sessions. By registering, purchasing, or using any of these services, you agree to the following terms.

2. Services and Pricing

Live Classes

• Drop-In Class (1 hour): €18

• 5-Class Package: €88

• 10-Class Package: €170

Video Library Access

• 1-Month Unlimited Access: €60
  (Includes 1 new video each week)

Full Hybrid Membership

• 1-Month Unlimited Live + Video Access: €239

Private Classes

• Available upon request, online or in person.
   

3. Free Content
A free 1-hour all-levels yoga video is available to users who sign up and provide their contact details through the website.

4. Payment
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Stripe supports major credit cards. All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Access to services is granted upon successful payment.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
To accommodate schedule changes fairly, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule a booked live session.

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance: the session will be credited back to your account for future use.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: the session is forfeited and non-refundable.

This policy allows us to offer open slots to other participants and manage the schedule effectively.

6. Revocation and Refund Policy
By purchasing any of our services (live classes or video access), you agree to the following:

• You understand that these services are digital in nature.

• You waive your legal right to revoke or request a refund once service has begun or access to digital content is provided.

• All purchases are final once you begin participation in live classes or access the video library.

7. Subscription and Access Terms
Services are not auto-renewing. You must purchase each access period manually. Your access begins upon purchase and continues for the duration of the specific service you selected (e.g., one month of access or a class pack).

8. Health Disclaimer and Liability Waiver
Yoga is a physical activity and may not be suitable for everyone. By participating in live or recorded classes, you agree to the following:

• You are physically able to participate in yoga sessions and take full responsibility for your own health and well-being.

• You voluntarily participate at your own risk.

• You understand that KaliShala and its instructors are not liable for any injury or health condition resulting from participation.

• Please inform the instructor before class if you have any injuries, conditions, or special requirements so that modifications can be suggested.

 

9. Privacy and Data Collection
We collect personal data such as your name and email address to manage class bookings and communication. You may also share health-related information voluntarily during live sessions to assist in adapting the practice to your needs. This information is treated with confidentiality.

10. Intellectual Property
All content provided through KaliShala, including video recordings, class material, and brand elements, is the intellectual property of KaliShala. You may not download, share, reproduce, or redistribute any content without prior written permission.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.

 

12. Modifications
KaliShala reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
