Your online yoga studio inspired by the powerful energy of the hindu goddess Kali
Kali represents transformation, inner strength, and liberation, guiding us to embrace change and release old limitations.
Shala is a Sanskrit word for “sacred space” or “house,” signifying a place of learning and growth.
Let's practice together from anywhere in the world, in the comfort of your own home. Whether you're looking for strength, relaxation, or personal growth, I want to offer you a flexible and supportive space to cultivate your true potential—on your own terms, at your own pace.
See you on the mat!

Practice with me
Keep in mind, that there is not one specific way of practice. There are around 8 billion people in the world, which means that there are 8 billion ways of practising Yoga. Each body is built different and every day, our bodies, minds and energies show up differently. Let your mat be the place where you let go of expectations and judgments so you can surrender to whatever is happening within.
What I offer
Yin
A slow-paced practice, targeting mainly the muscle tissues.
With the support of blocks, cushions or blankets, we hold the postures passively for 3 to 5 minutes, allowing the body and mind to open up and release tension.
Sounds very relaxing, and definetly feels good afterwards but the mind is challenged a lot in this form of practice if we are used to a stressful, busy lifestyle.
It is a perfect metaphor for life that only by facing the discomfort of the pose and sticking with it instead of rushing to the next one, we become the master of it.
What I offer
Vinyasa
Vinyasa flow is more of a creative, active practice in which the breath is aligned with a flowing sequence, moving from one posture (asana) to another, holding some of them from 1 to 5 breaths.
This yoga style helps to improve muscle strength, flexibility, mobility and cardiovascular health.
What I offer
Hatha
(sanskrit; ha= sun, tha = moon)
A sequence of more static postures, held for >5 breaths. Hatha Yoga creates balance in both sides of our body, which are energetically divided in left (moon, feminine) and right (sun, masculine) by doing each asana on the right, followed by the left side.
What I offer
Ashtanga
(ashta = 8, anga = limbs)
Ashtanga is the union of the eight limbs of yoga, into one complete, holistic system. Following a traditional, set sequence of postures by Pattabhi Jois.
Also here, the breath is syncronised with the movement and it enhances strength and endurance.
Upon request, I can teach or guide the first 2 of the 3 sequences (primary and intermediate series).
What I offer
Pranayama
(prana= life force, ayama= to control)
the practice of controlled breathing, is an essential part of yoga that helps calm the mind, balance the body, and enhance overall well-being. By consciously regulating our breath, we connect to the flow of prana, promoting relaxation, mental clarity, and emotional stability.
This simple yet powerful practice can reduce stress, increase energy, improve focus, and support your physical and mental health.

Natasha is the best yoga teacher I know.
Her classes are both gentle and strong at the same time, and she pushes you to reach your full potential while guaranteeing peace, serenity, and well-being. Natasha is unique: when she gives you a loga lesson, she takes you into her world, and you come out of it changed, yet more yourself than before.
I have loved every one of her classes, but also her personality, which is so inspiring!
